FRAMED PORTRAIT COMMISSIONS
‣ 80$ (per piece, can potentially vary based on amount of detail)
‣ 60$ for every extra character
BONUS - 300$ for 5 characters

* Frame can be customizable/adaptable to the character, please provide references if you have a specific vision in mind
** Please note that if not explicitly requested otherwise, the portraits will be at a profile angle view as shown in the examples below

How to commission me:1. Read TOS.
2. Contact me either via TikTok (caw.chan), discord (cawchan) or email ([email protected]).
3. Provide references for the character you would like to commission -> appearance, description, other visually important details especially for the face.
4. After we discussed everything I will send you an invoice via Paypal.
5. Work starts after the payment has been received.
6. I will send you the finished product to your preferred contact.

WILL & WON'Ts

*Furries and anything similar (eg. Dragonborns) can be a hit or miss. I have no proper examples either for my art, but if you would like to give it a try feel free to reach out to me with your characters and ask, I will be able to tell you if I feel confident enough to tackle it :)

TERMS OF SERVICE
LAST UPDATE: 24.04.2026By ordering a commission from me you agree to the following terms and conditions:1. GENERAL
► The product you receive will be a digital artwork.► You will receive two versions. One with a watermark and one without. The one without is for your private use, if you want to post the commission online use the one WITH the watermark.► Prices are subject to change based on demand.► I have the right to reject any order that I do not feel comfortable drawing for any reason.2. PAYMENT
► The only accepted currency is USD► The commission will be paid through PayPal, you will receive an invoice for the commission you ordered.► Commissions under 100$ will be paid 100% upfront. For anything above you can request to pay 50% upfront and the other 50% after I sent you the initial sketch/sketches.► Don't send me any payment before I have agreed to give you a slot and invoiced you to send me the payment.3. PROCESS AND DELIVERY
► I will notify you when I have started on your commission.► You will receive the sketch first, for which you can ask for minor changes.► The amount of reviews depends on the complexity of the work.► You can follow updates on the work for your piece on the Commission queue.► The time it takes to finish your commission varies up to 2-3 weeks.► If anything comes up that will slow the progress of the initially estimated delivery time I will let you know asap.► Once the piece is finished you will receive the full-resolution image per preferred contact.4. REVISIONS
► You get 3 rounds of changes on the initial sketch included in the price. You cannot request a new sketch entirely.► A fee will be added if you want something changed on the final drawing - unless a misunderstanding from my side has been made.► If you wish for me to change something in the drawing you have previously approved, I will charge you a fee to change it. The amount of the extra charge depends on the change you want me to make and is usually based on an hourly wage.5. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY
► I claim the rights to the produced drawing. Therefore I am allowed to use the copyrighted* artwork to:
- Promote myself with it everywhere
- Display it everywhere to my liking (website, social media, etc.)
- Post it wherever I want► You are allowed to:
- Use the commissioned piece for personal use unless agreed otherwise (you can upload it on all your social media profiles, forums, etc. with a watermark.)
- Print the artwork for your own use and claim the character(s) as your own, but not the artwork itself.
- Use the artwork to promote yourself.
- Use the artwork in normal and monetized videos as long as the artwork itself is not the main subject for the earnings.

* The following is considered copyright infringement:
► Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially - means making money off it in any way.
► Claiming the artwork as your own.
► Removing my signature from the artwork.
► Altering the artwork without my consent.

6. REFUNDS
► You are not allowed a refund once I started your commission.► If for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund.► If you cancel your order before I started it, you can get a full refund.► If you are getting a refund, do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.► If you request a Paypal chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund you will lose all beforementioned rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. I will decline the chargeback and supply Paypal with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you. Furthermore, you will be blacklisted for commissioning me again.7. AI/NFT
► You CANNOT use the commissioned art in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.► You CANNOT use the commissioned art for AI datasets or for AI tools and any present or future inventions in the space.
